Withnailus (Matt) is a multi-instrumentalist; writing, performing and producing all of his own music. From simple ‘one man and his guitar’ folky ramblings, to fully orchestrated and wonderfully mixed electronic epics. Withnailus tunes refuse to fit a mould. At times almost a whisper, his plaintative vocals and melancholy melodies are so hypnotic that the twists and turns in the direction of many of his songs often shake you out of a reverie and remind you of his eccentric side.
Withnailus (Matt) ist ein Multi-Instrumentalist; schreibt, performt und produziert seine eigene Musik. Von einfachem "Ein Mann und seine Gitarre" folk Geschwafel bis hin orchestrierten und wunderbar gemischten elektronischen Songs. Withnailus Melodien weigern sich in eine Form zu passen. Zuweilen fast ein Flüstern, seine klagenden Vocals und melancholischen Melodien sind so hypnotisch, dass sie sich drehen und wenden, bis sie dich manchmal unvermittelt aus einer Träumerei schütteln und dich an seine exzentrische Seite erinnern.
